Your data
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
We do not train models on your journals, readings or charts. What you write in the app is yours.
You can delete your account yourself. Account deletion is available inside the app and from this website, without needing to ask us first.
Content in the app
Most of what you see in INFINIA is written and made by us and by the people we work with, not submitted by other users. Where that changes — as creator features open — the protections below apply.
Reporting something
If you find content that should not be in INFINIA, or you believe an account is being misused, write to us through the contact page and say what you saw and where. A person reads every report. If what you saw may involve a child being harmed, please don't send us the image or a screenshot — tell us where you saw it. Images matched by our automated child-safety check are never viewed by anyone at Infinia Matrix Inc.; they are sealed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
What INFINIA is not
INFINIA is for reflection and self-exploration. It is not medical or mental-health advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for care from a professional. Astrology and tarot in INFINIA are framed as reflection, never prediction.
