Delete your account.
Your account and what's in it — yourself, without asking us first.
You can delete your account from inside INFINIA, under You › Settings › Delete account. It does not route through us.
Request deletion
What gets deleted
Your journeys, readings, journal entries and chart data. Payment records are
kept for the 7 years tax law requires, then removed. A few other records stay
for a time, and our Privacy Policy lists each one.
Nothing is kept for training.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Only you can cancel it, in the store you subscribed through:
App Store or
Google Play.
