1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the INFINIA mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

INFINIA is operated by Infinia Matrix Inc. ("INFINIA," "we," "our," "us"), a Delaware C-Corporation.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinia Matrix Inc. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use INFINIA.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

3. Account

INFINIA uses Apple Sign-In for account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Pricing

INFINIA offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly: $9.99 per month
Annual: $59.99 per year

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers.

4.1a Free Trial

INFINIA may offer a 3-day free trial to new subscribers who have not previously subscribed to any INFINIA subscription plan within the same subscription group. The trial period begins immediately upon purchase confirmation.

Trial duration: 3 days from the date and time of confirmation
Auto-conversion: At the end of the free trial, your selected subscription (Monthly at $9.99/month or Annual at $59.99/year) begins automatically and payment is charged to your Apple ID account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) to avoid being charged. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial period
Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same or a different subscription plan within the same subscription group
One trial per group: Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to accounts that have not previously activated a subscription within the INFINIA subscription group. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID per subscription group
Payment after trial: After the free trial ends, your subscription renews at the standard rate ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) and continues to auto-renew according to Section 4.2 unless cancelled

Whether a free trial is available to you is determined at the time of purchase. INFINIA and Apple reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings after purchase

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Apple will notify you in advance of any price increase, and you will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4.5 Promotional and Partner Codes

From time to time, INFINIA and our Creators and Ambassadors may share promotional codes that give you a special price on a subscription.

Where to enter a code: Enter the code inside the INFINIA app. That's how the person who recommended INFINIA to you gets credit. A code redeemed somewhere else, such as an app store's own redemption page, may still give you the offer, but it won't credit anyone.
Who can use a code: Codes are for new subscribers unless the offer says otherwise. Whether you're eligible, and how many times an offer can be used, is set by the offer and applied at checkout.
Credit stays put: Once your subscription is credited to the person who recommended INFINIA, it stays with them. Entering a different code later won't change it.
Codes are personal and have no cash value. You may not sell, trade, auction or buy a code, or exchange it for anything of value.
Where codes work: Codes work only in the countries and regions where we offer them.
Offers can change: An offer may have an end date, and we may end or change an offer at any time. Ending an offer doesn't change the price of a subscription you've already started.
No gaming the system. You may not:
- create or use more than one account, or someone else's account, to use an offer more than it allows;
- use bots, scripts or false information to get or use a code;
- accept payment or anything of value for subscribing with a particular code, or offer it to someone else;
- buy subscriptions and then repeatedly request refunds or dispute charges to obtain discounts or benefits you aren't entitled to.
If we find abuse, we may remove in-app access, refuse future offers, suspend or terminate the accounts involved under Section 11, and, where the app store allows it, cancel the subscription. We won't credit any Creator or Ambassador for a subscription obtained through abuse. Refunds remain handled by Apple under its refund policy (Section 4.3).

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided by INFINIA — including but not limited to healing journey steps, guided prompts, tarot card artwork, reading frameworks, visual designs, animations, and educational materials — is owned by or licensed to Infinia Matrix Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display our content without our prior written consent.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within INFINIA, including journal entries, voice recordings, vision boards, community posts, stories, and creative works ("Your Content").

By posting content in community spheres, you grant Infinia Matrix Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the App for the purpose of operating the community features. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Journal entries, voice recordings, vision boards, and other private content are stored on your device and are not accessed, viewed, or used by us unless you explicitly choose to share them in community features.

5.3 Creator Content

Content contributed by spiritual practitioners and creators through our creator program is owned by those creators and licensed to INFINIA under separate agreements. Creator content is clearly attributed within the App.

6. AI-Generated Content

INFINIA uses artificial intelligence. Here's what that means for you.

6.1 How AI Is Used

INFINIA uses Claude by Anthropic to generate personalized astrology readings, tarot interpretations, and healing prompts. These readings are generated based on your birth chart data and are unique to you.

6.2 AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are:

Not predictions of future events
Not medical, psychological, or professional advice
Not factual statements about your life, health, relationships, or finances
Not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment

INFINIA and Infinia Matrix Inc. make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI readings may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

6.3 Consent

Before using AI features, you will be asked for explicit consent to send chart details made from your birth data to our AI provider (Anthropic). You may decline and use static content instead. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

7. Health, Wellness, and Spiritual Content Disclaimer

INFINIA is not a medical device, therapy app, or healthcare provider.

The content in INFINIA — including breathwork exercises, grounding techniques, energy tracking, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and coping strategies — is provided for general wellness and personal growth purposes only.

This content:

Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
Is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Should not be used to make decisions about your health without consulting a qualified healthcare provider
Does not constitute a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship

Binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies are presented as relaxation and meditation tools, not medical treatments. They are not FDA-approved for any medical purpose.

If you are in crisis: INFINIA includes crisis resources (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Crisis Text Line) in Settings. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

8. Tarot and Astrology Disclaimer

Tarot readings, astrology readings, birth chart interpretations, and related content in INFINIA are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and self-exploration purposes.

These features:

Do not predict the future
Offer interpretations and suggestions, not definitive answers
Should not be relied upon for making important life decisions
Are based on traditional astrological frameworks and are subjective in nature

INFINIA uses professional astronomical calculation software for planetary positions, but the interpretive meaning assigned to those positions reflects astrological tradition, not scientific consensus.

9. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

By using INFINIA's community features (sphere posts, stories, chat), you agree to our Community Guidelines, which are accessible within the App.

You agree not to:

Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Share another person's private information without consent
Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to circumvent content moderation
Provide medical, legal, or professional advice to other users
Use the App for any illegal purpose

We moderate community content using automated filtering, user reporting, and human review. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion.

10. Content Moderation

INFINIA uses a combination of automated content filtering, user reporting, and human review to moderate community content. One exception: no one at Infinia Matrix Inc. ever views an image that our automated child-safety check matches — it is sealed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Our moderation system:

Filters objectionable material before it's posted
Provides reporting mechanisms on all user-generated content
Allows users to block other users
Detects self-harm language and surfaces crisis resources

If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, use the report button on that content or contact support@infiniamatrix.com. We aim to respond to reports within 72 hours, and we look at urgent safety reports first.

11. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. After 30 days your account and what's in it are erased, apart from the records our Privacy Policy lists.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
Are under 18 years old
Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity
Threaten violence (results in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement)

If we terminate your account, you will lose access to all content and features. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from account termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINIA MATRIX INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Binaural Beats and Audio Safety

Certain features include binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and frequency-based audio. These are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not medical devices.

SAFETY WARNINGS:

Do not use frequency-based audio while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring full attention
Individuals with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or a history of seizures should consult their physician before using frequency-based audio features
If you experience dizziness, nausea, headaches, or disorientation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional
There have been rare reports that individuals with certain psychiatric conditions may experience worsening symptoms with intensive meditation practice. Consult your healthcare provider if you have a pre-existing condition.

14. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on INFINIA infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinia Matrix Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or share through the App.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any content, including AI-generated readings.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

17.1 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@infiniamatrix.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Infinia Matrix Inc. agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Delaware or, at your election, by video conference.

17.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND INFINIA MATRIX INC. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

17.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring claims in small claims court. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

17.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@infiniamatrix.com within 30 days of first using the App. Your notice must include your name, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

17.6 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. This arbitration provision does not apply where prohibited by your local jurisdiction.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App or any content obtained from the App to:

Train, develop, or improve machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or large language models
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the App
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its content
Misuse promotional or partner codes, including any of the conduct listed in Section 4.5

19. Third-Party Services

INFINIA integrates with third-party services:

Apple: Sign-In, StoreKit (subscriptions), App Store
Anthropic: Claude AI for personalized readings

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

20. Changes to INFINIA and Where It's Available

INFINIA is a living app, and it will keep changing. We reserve the right to add, change, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it — including features, content, and AI functionality — at any time. We may also limit where the App is offered or available.

If we plan to remove or materially reduce something your paid subscription includes, we will tell you in the App before the change takes effect, where we reasonably can. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy (see Section 4.3).

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

22. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinia Matrix Inc.
Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign yours.
